My normally messy shop with several projects going. On the work table is my hydraulic press parts being fabricated. Way in back is the mini mill and lathe, disc grinder, wood bandsaw, drill press, etc.
My anvils and hammers. The standard anvil is an Acme at around 180 pounds. I had a 100 pound Hay Budden but I liked the rebound on this one better. The anvil on the left is a post anvil by Chuck Robinson that I learned about on Don Fogg's sight. It's adjustable for height and works really well. Hammers are pretty standard stuff from the hardware store and modified in various ways.
The treadle hammer I made years ago from Wayne Goddard's plans. I recently sold this in favor of the press and rolling mill combo. The forge I use primarily is to the right and was designed by Don Fogg.
