One of my more recent bowies, and one of my best so far. I forged out some 1095 and L6 damascus into 1000 layers and added some copper and wrought iron for the guard area. For the handle, I framed it with some really excellent spalted fiddle maple and ebony, finished with a mozaic pin.

Another cable damascus blade. Copper fittings and a walnut handle.

A small hunter I've been doing lately. I started forging these from 5160 steel but have recently tried 52100, which I like. Brass and copper guard and textured ebony handle.

Onother of the fighter/bowie pattern. Browned steel fittings. Spalted maple handle.

An early bowie of mine. I believe it was 1095 steel. Nickel silver guard and fittings and a great peice of sambar stag for the handle.

A handle variation on the fighter/bowie. This handle was shaped out of goncola alves wood.

One of my first attempts at damascus. Around 50 layers of L6 and 1095 steel, just a straight pattern. Copper and buffalo horn guard and warthog tusk handle.

Early wharncliff patterns. 1084 steel, copper bolsters and blackwood handles.
